We have a 2,000ft2 machine shop and 1,600ft2 fabrication workshop.

All our CNC machines are connected to CAD/CAM software, HYPERMILL and SOLIDWORKS, to allow us to take models such as Iges or Step files. We can also accept dxf files and conventional drawings and convert these to 3D models, if required.

Milling

Fabrication

  • MIG welding – stainless and mild steel
  • TIG welding – stainless, mild and ally

  • 5-ton fly press
  • COLaser Cutter 100W with 1000 x 600 bed

Inspection

  • Mitutoyo CMM with Inspect 3D PRO software
  • TESA 500mm Height Gauge
  • Various calibrated micrometers and verniers
